Caterham is a Guest House / B&B offering Bed & Breakfast accommodation.

Check in is 4.00 pm: Check out is 10.30 am. Guests wishing to arrive earlier may park in the car-park and return later to check-in if they wish to do so.

We regret we do not offer early check in or late check out.

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 2 clear days before check in and any payment refunded. Thereafter the full price is payable.

Children are welcome but all our rooms are double rooms suitable for 2 persons only.

There are no Guest bedrooms on the ground floor.

All rooms have full en suite facilities. Coffee & tea making facilities and hairdryers are provided in every room. Meals (other than breakfast) and services such as room-service, porter and laundry are not available on the premises.

Double rooms booked for single occupation will be allocated upon arrival according to availability.

Group Booking rates by arrangement. No all male groups or all female groups.
